Production Facilities

10 Extrusion Lines：：

Featuring fully automated production with rapid mold-changing capabilities. This ensures a perfect fit between products and molds, significantly optimizing production efficiency.
Ten automatic extrusion production lines:
● Quicker mould replacement & better efficiency
● High-precision moulds.

3 Sandblasting Lines：

Designed to enhance product aesthetics. We offer customized sandblasting effects tailored to specific client requirements.
Three sandblasting lines:
● Make the surface frosted and obtain better appearance of the product.
● Can be customized according to different requirements.

2 Anodizing Lines：

Enhanced corrosion and oxidation resistance. We utilize natural gas curing oven drying to ensure the integrity and consistency of the film coating color. Available in silver (natural), black, and other custom colors as per client request.
Two anodizing production lines:
● Enhance the corrosion resistance of aluminium profiles
● Dry the products with curing oven to protect the color of the film
● Paint the aluminum products in different colors according to customers’ requirements.

1 Protective Film Application Line：

High-quality metal protective films are applied to the product surface to prevent scratches and dust contamination. During this process, we strictly inspect film thickness, hardness, and width. Any non-conforming products are immediately rejected and scrapped to ensure zero-defect quality.
One film packing line:
● Give the product perfect protection with high quality protective film for metal
● Check the film thickness, hardness and width of the products
● All the defective products will be rejected directly.

5 Fully Automated Frame Production Lines：

Dedicated to precision cutting and punching of frames based on client specifications. All products undergo a final rigorous inspection before professional packaging.
Five fully automatic border production lines:
● According to customer requirements, cut and punch the frame
● After inspection, proceed with packaging.
