- Tinned Copper Wire (Multi-Busbar/MBB) is a micro-soldering material specifically developed for Multi-Busbar (MBB) PV modules. The application of Tinned Copper Wire effectively minimizes the shading area of the ribbon. Furthermore, due to the significantly reduced spacing between main busbars, the distance for the fingers to transmit current to the busbars remains extremely short—even if the solar cell experiences micro-cracks. Consequently, this minimizes the impact of cell cracks on the overall module power output.
